Pastor Chris Vitarelli

Chris Vitarelli has been the pastor of the Road since 2011. His goal is to teach God's Word in a way that makes the Gospel of Jesus central and gives people practical help for living the Christian life

He graduated from Cedarville University in 1998 with a B.A. in Bible and Christian Education and a second major in Communication Arts. He graduated in 2015 from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary with an M.A. in Pastoral Ministries. 

He served as the Youth Pastor and Associate Pastor of Lakewood Baptist Church in Lakewood, NY for over 11 years and then felt called to Michigan to plant Horizon Church in Fenton. 

In the first year of the plant, God redirected his efforts into a church merger now known as The Road. Chris and Jody  have four kids, Gabriel, Angelina, Landon, and Sofia.
